What support am I entitled to when I subscribe?

Our team at 360° Feedback offers free technical support to all subscribers (single users or organisation). You can get in touch via email or phone - Monday-Friday, 9-4pm.

Can I request a set of standards which are not currently available?

Yes! We are willing to consider the addition of new standards for the use of subscribers. Please get in touch via our contact form to discuss your options further.

Is my organisation eligible for the school/charities subscription discount?

We can offer discount pricing to smaller schools and charities that are not part of any larger organisation/trust (e.g. Multi-Academy Trusts). Please talk to us as we can offer free subscriptions in some cases. For MATs or similar size, we provide the organisational license.

Can I get 360 reports with my organisation's branding?

Yes, you can. Every organisational subscription comes with the option of branded reports.

Can we create our own assessment questions for our organisation?

Yes, we can provide up to two bespoke question sets for you as part of an Organisational subscription. For example, you may wish to run a personalised version of questions more relevant to your organisation alongside a set of professional standards*.

*Please note, if these questions consist of a framework that would benefit users in general, we may add this to the system and make it available to all other users.
