The 360° degree feedback tool was developed by the School Development Support Agency (SDSA) and has been used as part of many development programmes (e.g. the Clerks Development Programme, aspire2leadership, Leicestershire Leaders), as well as existing as a standalone service for education providers.
The SDSA has existed and developed as a not-for-profit organisation, supporting schools and childrens' services for over 20 years.
The trademark of the SDSA's approach is our conviction that the solutions to most improvement challenges are to be found in schools, usually close to the 'front line'. What the system needs to improve are facilities that enable the effective practice to be shared.
Since its creation in 2000 the SDSA has been commissioned to support the 'system' in a number of ways. In particular, we have supported high-level networking and communication on a regional basis to sustain partnership working in education and children's services.
